Hit titles for Android have been dropping left and right lately and EA Mobile wants to be a part of the action. They recently added two new titles to the Android Market: Need For Speed Shift and The Sims 3. Both titles rank among the top EA games sold this past year, with over 4 million copies sold. Considering their popularity, it only makes sense that EA would choose these titles to drop onto Android. EA has been slow moving when it comes to bringing their games to Android with only 4 total games available in the Android Market. I’m happy to see major game publishers such as EA give Android some love and I hope this recent influx of games for Android continues.
Need For Speed Shift
Need For Speed Shift is the 13th installment of the long-running racing game franchise Need for Speed. The Android version isn’t as extensive but still brings with it over 20 cars, 18 tracks, and multiple race modes. The 3D style HUD gameplay puts users behind the wheel, giving them a full throttle driver experience. Killer sound tracks, crash damage effects and more make this an excellent game for casual to hard core racing fanatics. Pick it up for $4.99 in the Android Market.

The Sims 3
The Sims 3 is a strategic life simulation video game, and the most recent of the Sims series. Create and control your Sim through real-life scenarios via a 3D open-world environment. Manage day-to-day activities and achieve specific goals and wishes to unlock your Sim’s full potential. The Sims 3 was originally only available for Android through an exclusive on T-Mobile but has since been made available to all via the Android Market for $4.99.
