[Disclaimer: I possess a love-hate relationship with Gameloft]
Gameloft announced their Presidents Day sale which will be an extension of their Valentines offer of 60% off select titles. We didn’t cover the Valentines Day sale because well — Gameloft is Gameloft.
Originally I was told their titles were 50% off, yet when I visited the site it was a “buy one get one free” deal with only a select number of titles offered for “free.” I, along with many others, started probing Gameloft to no avail. These antics weren’t shocking for me considering “confusion” seems to be their MO when it comes to sales.
I don’t care for misleading people and therefore stayed away from the Valentines Day sale altogether. I don’t mean to rant but Gameloft really drives me nuts with this stuff. I just don’t understand how it can be so hard for them to get their info straight. /end rant.
Now that I’m done with that — Let me give credit where credit is due. Gameloft does in fact develop and publish some of the greatest mobile games around and it’s always exciting when these stellar titles go on sale.
I’m going to try and do my best to give you guys the most accurate information I can about Gameloft’s Presidents Day sale but don’t shoot the messenger.
