Toktumi, Inc. (see what they did there) announced the release of their groundbreaking Line2 app for Android. Originally only available for iOS, this tri-mode VoIP/Cell calling app gives you a unique number in which you can use to make calls over Wi-Fi or 3G/4G cellular data networks using VoIP. I know what you’re thinking, “Google Voice does this for free.” Not really, Google Voice is not VoIP and still requires an existing phone line, whereas Line2 does not.
