Forza Soccer, Football Addicts’ live soccer score app for those truly addicted to the most popular game in the world, has just received an update.
Most notably, this update brings the app up-to-date with Google’s material Design aesthetic.
More, from the press release:
Today the Forza Football Android app, which is used by over 1 million active monthly users worldwide, has been enhanced with Material Design, the Google design language that improves the aesthetics and experience of Android apps.
Key design improvements include:
• Each league, cup, team and player being presented as a sheet of paper which will slide into the user’s vision. Users can then swipe them away easily with a simple gesture
• Bitesize information is shown in CardView, which provides depth by separating important elements and creating shadow effects
• The distance between objects in the user interface has been improved, meaning buttons are easily clickable and don’t interfere with surrounding elements
• Material colour palettes ensure all styles work together beautifully, while preserving the main colours of Forza Football
• RecyclerView, on which Forza Football’s lists are built upon, provides animations to help the user’s understanding of lists, and enables better performance and smooth insertion when scrolling
Forza Soccer remains free on the Play Store.
