Upcoming Game Space Food Truck Gets Gameplay Trailer

Upcoming Game Space Food Truck Gets Gameplay Trailer

Jul 24, 2015

Space Food Truck is an upcoming cross-platform game from One Man Left Studios that’s making the rounds on Kickstarter.

In Space Food Truck, players work together to warp around a procedurally-generated galaxy of 100 planets in search of exotic ingredients, then scramble to the planet craving each dish to complete their recipe objectives. There are four roles to choose from: Captain, Engineer, Scientist, and Chef; each with their own unique focus and objective. To win, your team must finish every recipe objective before your ship is torn apart by meteors, invaders, wormholes, space pirates, dancing, corrosive sludge, the terrifying monster that lives in your vents, and more. We’ll have 3 difficulties to choose from in the final game: Rare, Medium, and Well-Done.

Gameplay is primarily card-based, with each player adding new items and powers to their own deck every turn. Choosing new cards wisely is critical to doing your job, crafting recipes, and surviving the escalating hazards of deep space.

Outwitters 2.0 Makes its Way to Android

Mar 13, 2015

We’ve been keeping an eye out for this one, and finally, it’s here: Outwitters 2.0 is available for folks with Android devices.

Our free turn-based strategy game Outwitters is now available for the first time on Android! We’ve also released a 2.0 update today for iOS. Why 2.0? We basically rebuilt the entire game from the ground up. The result: much faster performance, better load times, a few improved animations, and most excitingly, cross platform play between iOS and Android.

What’s Outwitters?

Outwitters is a quirky turn-based strategy game originally released on iOS. An App Store Editor’s Choice pick, it’s garnered over a million downloads since its launch.

2-4 players take turns investing their resources (called wits) to summon reinforcements, navigate enemy defenses, and destroy their opponent’s base. You can challenge your friends or get skill-matched by our robust league ranking system. There are four races to choose from, each with its own cast of characters and a combat specialty to master. Would you prefer to fight alongside a hermit crab cannon, a brainwasher, a creeping thorny octopus, or a troop-teleporting narwhal?

The newest iteration remains free to play with ads, with additional teams and maps available for in-app purchase. If you have any further questions, feel free to reply to this address!

One Man Left Studios Sale Goes Live; Both Games on Sale for Limited Time

Dec 24, 2014

Ready to tilt into the new year?

One Man Left Studios, the developer behind Android favorites Tilt to Live 2: Redonkulous and Tilt 2 Live Gauntlet’s Revenge (plus the soon-to-arrive Outwitters) is giving fans a fairly exciting way to enjoy the holidays.

Starting today, it is offering both published games for 66% off each; that means one can have the aforementioned titles for $2.99 and $0.99 each.

That is a savings of $2 off the regular price of each of those games.

We had an opportunity to review Redonkulous earlier this year, and enjoyed; we also unashamedly looked forward to the recent release of Gauntlet’s Revenge.

No word on how long the sale is going to be on, so this is one that one might wanna jump on quick!

Tilt to Live gets Weapon-Specific Spin-off Named Gauntlet’s Revenge.

Jun 12, 2014

One Man Left Studios, the development house behind the Tilt to Live arcade games, has just announced an upcoming new iteration of the game named Tilt to Live: Gauntlet’s Revenge.

Guantlet mode was a part of the original Tilt to Live, and the developer notes that they wanted to expand upon the popular concept without necessarily cutting ideas and using them in a “regular” version of the game. The developer also blodly notes that there are some things they wish they could have done better, and this new title onstensibly gives them this opportunity.

The game is tentatively due out later this year; fans who would like to keep informed can sign up at the game’s announcement blogpost.
