Last month we told you about Oceanhouse Media’s popular interactive children’s book apps for Android (whew, that was a mouthful). They made their debut onto Android by releasing two popular Dr. Seuss titles: “The Cat In The Hat†and “How The Grinch Stole Christmas.†We’ve just received word that they are at it again and have just recently released two additional Dr. Seuss hits to the Android Market.
Popular Seuss titles “One Fish Two Fish Red Fish Blue Fish” and “The Lorax” are now available for purchase and include the same great features found in Oceanhouse Media’s previous releases.
All of Oceanhouse Media’s digital books feature original artwork and text along with user interactions such as swiping to turn pages, tapping pictures for zoomed words and also custom background music/audio and special effects. Users can choose to have the books read aloud by a professional narrator or to read them themselves along with an autoplay feature. These apps are a fun way to promote reading with the young ones and are also very entertaining.
All of Oceanhouse Media’s Dr. Seuss apps can be found in the Android market and are available for devices running Android 2.1 or higher. Each app comes with a price tag of $3.99 and the ability to move-to-SD for devices that support this function. Help your children rediscover the classics in a new and interactive way by following the links below.
