XCOM: Enemy Unknown Makes the Jump to Android Very Soon

Apr 23, 2014

XCOM: Enemy Unknown, the modern reimagining of the classic turn-based strategy series, has been announced for Android by publisher 2K, as reported by sister publication Pocket Gamer and the official XCOM Twitter feed. Players will command a squadron of human troops against invading aliens, upgrading soldiers and their bases in order to help against the enemies. But be warned: the game features permadeath, so be smart with those soldiers. While tweets were sent out saying it would release on the 24th, these may have been in error, but keep an eye out for the game.
